David Ridenour (4/6/2008) It's wild seeing deer this time of year with antlers. Our deer lose their's in Jan or Feb. Yeah, I hear you David, ours have shed and I some new pics on my cam with them back in velvet. Really pretty. Those bucks should be studs by the time you put the cross hairs on them.

| that is one fine buck! But you notice one thing, it is WELL after hunting season and that guy is still nocturnal! I hope he breeds everything in your property! But that sad realization is that probably the only way you are going to kill him is if he slips up and has his nose up a doe during rut. Cause that guy isnt coming out during the day

havent posted in awhile but id like to see some pics of some bucks in velvet this early.. the earliest ive seen them was in july(i think) maybe aug... not callin ya out, just curious cause if so... im putin my cams out

I've seen em with horns several times during turkey season. Kinda funny seeing them so skinny again after hunting them in the rut.

| mcnasty...this deer still hasnt shed yet....he will velvet in early september which they usually do in south alabama...everything is a little slower down here
