| Hey Chris In light of the recent tragedy and a effort to avoid future ones how about a float plan section. Someone could post a float plan on there and reply when back or leave a contact person if no reply by a certain time. also if you are planning on going out you could check the float plan section and see if another boat will be around the same area.. maybe you could PM that person and trade phone #'s or set up a VHF channel to check in with like a buddy boat. Just a thought but that way they wont get lost in the question and answer topic or the report topic. Possibly a Inshore and a offshore section to avoid too much confusion Thanks Mike

i was gonna suggest a float plan section but evidently it didnt work before. i think it would be good though. tell everyone where you are gonna be to meet up with fellow PFFers but also for safety reasons!
