Cat II at landfall near Brownsville, small potatoes compared to what just came off of the African coast, thats the one to watch.

All the models have that one turning up and becoming a fish spinner in the Atlantic from what I see so far.

Dolly got her act together real fast in the last 2 hours or so.  What was forecast to be a mid level CAT 1 storm is going to end up probably being a fairly strong Cat 2 storm at landfall.  The pressure in the storm has dropped tremendously in the last hour and it's whether the the storm has enough time to act on the pressure drops as to how strong she is when the the eye wall slams into shore.  She has showed some signs of slowing and jogging a little more north of the forecast points, which is not good for folks in the path.

Looks like Dolly really wanted to be somebody. She puffed up fast once in the Gulf.

Hope the folks in South Padre stay safe. While not a monster storm, it still something for the folks in S. Texas to be concerned about. It was pushing 20+ foot swells past the #42020 buoy this morning.
