| I was not aware of the August 5 closure in Federal Waters. My recent Florida Sportsman mentioned it and I then researched it on line. Seems since Texas and Florida ignored the Federal Guidlines, the total allowable catch will be taken by August 5. (Interesting how they figured that one out). Am I the only one who wasn't aware of this?
